Features
1. The outer frame of the whole machine is made of anti-corrosion PP material
2. The patented titanium alloy filling head has high corrosion resistance and defoaming properties, preventing foam and ensuring the life of the filling head.
3. The back side of the filling machine is equipped with a coordinated photoelectric to detect bottle jams; when the bottle is blocked between the filler and the capping machine, the bottle is suspended after the filling is completed, and the bottle is resumed when the bottle jam is eliminated .
4. The external frame of the machine is made of PP material. Tempered glass door cover seals the body to reduce environmental pollution caused by the overflow of exhaust gas generated during the filling process.
5. The feeding pipe is equipped with a removable filter to prevent the filling valve from affecting the filling accuracy and the service life of the valve due to impurities. The feed pipe is made of PTFE material, which has better corrosion resistance.
6.In addition to normal working liquid level control, liquid level detection also adds upper and lower liquid level detection and sound and light alarm devices to prevent abnormal liquid levels. The liquid level detection device is customized with anti-corrosive materials and has good corrosion resistance.
