Features
Using a 3-head follow filling method for filling, each follow filling system includes 2 sets of servos (including 1 set for controlling filling and 1 set for left and right operation of the filling head).
The gear pump is controlled by a servo motor for filling, and the filling dosage is set with one click on the touch screen.
The filling nozzle adopts an internal blocking design to prevent dripping and leakage. Each set of filling heads is equipped with a bottle clamping mouth positioning function to prevent the filling head from hitting the bottle mouth.
The top material box contains a liquid level detection system that automatically detects the level and can control automatic feeding.
